Cliffs of Etretat
A hotel near the cliffs of Etretat
Guy de Maupassant described Etretat as "a fairy-tale setting with its two wonderful cliffs". Indeed, the village of Etretat is nestled between the two cliffs for which it is famous, the Downstream cliff on the left and the Upstream cliff on the right.
The Upstream cliff offers one of the most complete panoramas of the region. The Downstream cliffs offer small paths that allow you to discover a superb nature in the heart of green plateaus.
The cliffs of Étretat, which are part of the Grands Sites de France network, are a delight for hikers.
